Paul Bath

Paul moved to the role of CEO, Savanta & Co. at the start of 2024. Prior to that, he served as Group COO of Savanta trading business for 7 years where he had overall responsibility for Savanta’s market expansion and inorganic growth strategy alongside day-to-day global operations. During his tenure as COO, Savanta grew turnover from £5m to £75m, headcount from 25 to 650 people, expanded into 5 different countries and carried out over 15 acquisitions and business integrations.

Before joining Savanta, Paul was UK FD for Next 15 Group Plc responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 6 businesses, driving the due diligence and deal completion process for all UK M&A and business turn-around and restructuring. He has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate development and growth strategies. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant completing his ACA with BDO LLP and studied Economics at the University of Sheffield.

On moving to Savanta & Co. Paul’s focus is now exclusively on the continued M&A and start-up venture activities of the Group.
