Future Thinking Aquisition
London: Following the announcement that Savanta had acquired fellow market insight specialist Future Thinking in March, the business can confirm that the integration process is complete.
Now trading under the Savanta name, former Future Thinking clients have been absorbed by the business in a seamless transition that will have no disruptive impact on day-to-day client services.
Future Thinking brings with it a team of talented and committed industry professionals, as well as an enviable client list, which includes British Gas, GSK, McDonald’s, Nuffield Health and Unilever, adding to Savanta’s already strong global portfolio.
Savanta believe that the integration will add significant value to the business, which already has acquisitions at the core of its success in the likes of ComRes and Morar HPI. Part of the Next15 Group, Savanta brings together the benefits of a smaller agency approach with specialist expertise. The Future Thinking integration brings the business to a global team of over 340, including a Cambridge-based innovation hub of 20 and five offices worldwide.
The integration comes at a key time for the business as the coronavirus pandemic takes its toll on the market research industry, allowing the two businesses to join forces and combine resource. Savanta can confirm that no further jobs have been lost as part of the brand integration process.
